Return & Refund Policy

At The Trend Exchange, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Requirements for Apparel: To ensure a successful return, please meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • All original tags must be securely attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or makeup marks.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at thetrendxexchange@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Refunds & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
