Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. We primarily use FedEx and UPS to ensure your items arrive safely and can be tracked every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed? Because we aim to process and ship orders quickly, we have a very small window for changes. Please email us at thetrendxexchange@gmail.com immediately with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at thetrendxexchange@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Sizing & Products
How do I know which size to order? We want you to find the perfect fit! We include specific sizing notes in each product description. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or you can check our size guide for detailed measurements.
The item I want is sold out! Will it be restocked? As a boutique, we curate limited collections to keep our styles fresh. However, we do occasionally restock popular items. You can sign up for "Back in Stock" notifications on the product page to be the first to know
